The scope of work of the project is to Design, Procure & Construct a Non-Metallic Manufacturing plant in “King Salman Energy Park” (SPARK).

Work Include:

The project comprises Main Workshop building, Office area & Support building with a total built-up area of 17,000 sqm.
• Guard houses
• Security fence
• Retention pond
• Mechanical yard
• Power system
• Underground utilities work
• Storm water system
• Telecom & security system
• Site preparation and hard paving works
• Soft scaping work
