Design and construction of two (2) storey Psychiatric Hospital Building having a floor arae of 2,825 sq.m. inclusding all its electro-mechanical systems and hospital equipments and furnitures to consolidate inpatient and outpatient services in Dhahran Health Center (DHC) Campus.

• Engineering and Design
• Pre-cast structural framing and pre-cast cladding for the panels.
• Reinforced concrete substructure
• Internal concrete masonry walls and gypsum drywall partition.
• High quality finishes and fittings including furniture
• Mechanical works covering HVAC-AC equipment, exhaust fans, split units, filters, duct, diffusers, heaters, dampers and chilled water system. Building plumbing, medical gas equipment and piping. Fire protection system including piping and fire hydrant system.
• Electrical works covering electrical power supply, including diesel generator, automatic transfer switches, uninterrupted power system. Lighting system, grounding system, grounding and lighting protection system.
