Finishing and MEP works for 3 Radial Spines, which is part of Jabal omar development Project. It is a unique urban regeneration scheme and integrated development aimed at providing High tech services to Hajj & Umrah pilgrims

Demolition Work:

Removal of existing Tiles

New Networks:

Architectural (Tiling, Gypsum partition works) Electrical (Fire alarm, power and lighting poles, lighting fixtures system) Mechanical (Elevators, Escalatoors, Fire protection, Plumbing works) Instrumentation (BMS system) Telecom works (CCTV works)
