Project Description:

The project will provide the Development of Home Ownership lots in Phase V, Ar-Rabiyah in accordance with the Company Home Ownership program. The development will provide the necessary infrastructure facilities to the lots‭.

Work Include:

• Complete site initial and final development of 51 residential lot‭ & ‬Maintenance building.
- Site preparation & grading works.
- Development of green areas, gardens and playfield.
- Street naming and numbering
- Development of Storm water drainage network, raw, fire and irrigation water network, gas distribution network.
- Development of communication network.
- Development of power supply istribution network

• Construction of Maintenance Building.
• Relocation of existing Sub-station #20
• Demolition of existing well # 824 and replacement with new one.
