Project Description:

One (1) construction of 918 length X 25m width reinforced concrete tunnel, 2 demolition and shifting of existing utilities including installation of new piping for sewerlines, waterlines, telecom lines and medium voltage cables.

Work Include:

• Heavy rain drainange including slow down chamber, manholes and concrete.
• Irrigation works
• Construction of ground water tank (200m2 capacity)
• Excavation of approximately 170,000m2 and backfiling works up to 10,500m2 sand
• Reinforced concrete piles, 800mm diameter with a total reinforcement of approxiamte 20,310m.
• Reinforced concrete works approximate 50,704m2 with a total reinforcement of approximate 8,730tons.
• Thermal and Moisture Protection
• Reinforced concrete deck slab of approximate 4,735m2
• Construction of electric generator room (7.90m X 3.00m high)
• Asphalting works compose of approximate 32,000m2 of 300mm sub-grade and 300mm thick granular base course
• Pre-casted curbstone external at the top of the bridge, approximate 13,350m and jersey barrier approximate 3,050m.
• Traffic arrangement and road signal. U-shape channel 500 X 600mm of approximate 2,700m.
• Pre-cast concrete wall panel (fixed on the tunnel wall) of approximate 13,300m2
• Lighting and landscaping works.
